Terms of Use

Welcome to CoinHub. These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and CoinHub ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, including our Telegram bot (@CoinHubBot) and website at coinhub.host and sites.coinhub.host (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

CoinHub provides a free platform that allows users to create and host simple landing pages ("Sites") for meme coins and cryptocurrency projects. Users interact with our Telegram bot to create, configure, and manage their Sites, which are hosted at unique URLs under sites.coinhub.host.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable laws
• Will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations

3. User Account and Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Have a valid Telegram account
• Agree to these Terms of Use through our Telegram bot
• Provide accurate information when creating your Site

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content and Conduct

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit, post, or display through the Service ("User Content"), including but not limited to: coin names, tickers, contract addresses, images, videos, URLs, and text descriptions.

4.2 License Grant

By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant CoinHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

4.3 Prohibited Content

YOU ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM POSTING, UPLOADING, OR DISTRIBUTING ANY CONTENT THAT:

• Infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of any third party
• Contains material you do not have the right to use, including but not limited to copyrighted images, videos, music, logos, or other protected works
• Is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
• Promotes illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, securities fraud, or other financial crimes
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Is defamatory, libelous, threatening, or harassing
• Contains pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit material
• Promotes violence, terrorism, or hate speech
• Violates the privacy rights of any third party
• Impersonates any person or entity or falsely states or misrepresents your affiliation
• Contains false, misleading, or deceptive information about any cryptocurrency project
• Constitutes a "pump and dump" scheme or other market manipulation
• Violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights

4.4 Your Responsibility

YOU ARE SOLELY AND ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CONTENT YOU PUBLISH THROUGH THE SERVICE. CoinHub does not pre-screen User Content and makes no representations or warranties regarding User Content. You acknowledge that you, and not CoinHub, are entirely responsible for all User Content that you upload, post, or otherwise transmit via the Service.

5. Intellectual Property and Copyright

5.1 Copyright Compliance

You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to use and authorize CoinHub to display any content you submit through the Service. This includes but is not limited to:

• Images and photographs
• Videos and animations
• Logos and graphics
• Text and written content
• Any other media files

5.2 DMCA Notice and Takedown Procedure

CoinHub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Service.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible through our Service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated copyright agent with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
• Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on the Service (including the specific URL)
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

5.3 Repeat Infringer Policy

CoinHub maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We reserve the right to terminate any user's access to the Service if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the user has repeatedly infringed the intellectual property rights of others.

6. Content Moderation and Removal

6.1 Right to Remove Content

CoinHub reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor, review, or remove any User Content at any time, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to:

• Content that violates these Terms
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Content reported by third parties
• Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, may expose CoinHub to legal liability

6.2 Reporting Violations

Users and third parties may report content that violates these Terms through our /report page. Reports may be submitted for safety violations, copyright issues, fraudulent content, or other Terms violations. We will review reports and take appropriate action at our sole discretion.

6.3 Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Posting prohibited content
• Copyright infringement
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Any conduct we deem harmful to other users or the Service

7. Cryptocurrency Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: CRYPTOCURRENCY AND MEME COINS ARE HIGHLY SPECULATIVE AND RISKY.

• CoinHub is a hosting platform only. We do not endorse, verify, or vouch for any cryptocurrency project listed on the Service.
• The presence of a Site on our Service does not constitute investment advice, endorsement, or verification of any project.
• Meme coins and cryptocurrencies are inherently volatile and may lose all value.
• You should conduct your own research and consult with financial advisors before making any investment decisions.
• CoinHub is not responsible for any financial losses you may incur from cryptocurrency investments.
• Many cryptocurrency projects are fraudulent. Do your own due diligence.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Provided "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE.

8.2 No Guarantee of Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

8.3 No Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COINHUB, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, USER CONTENT, OR ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF COINHUB HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, COINHUB SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR:

• ANY USER CONTENT POSTED BY YOU OR ANY OTHER USER
• ANY COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT, DEFAMATION, OR OTHER ILLEGAL CONTENT POSTED BY USERS
• ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES FROM CRYPTOCURRENCY INVESTMENTS OR SCAMS
• ANY RELIANCE ON INFORMATION DISPLAYED ON USER SITES
• ANY CONDUCT OF THIRD PARTIES, INCLUDING OTHER USERS
• ANY INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF THE SERVICE
• ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL CODE TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SERVICE
• ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT

YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. YOU AGREE THAT COINHUB HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR THE DELETION OR FAILURE TO STORE ANY CONTENT OR OTHER COMMUNICATIONS MAINTAINED BY THE SERVICE.

8.4 Third-Party Content

CoinHub is not responsible for any third-party content, including User Content posted by other users, linked websites, or external services such as Pump.fun, DexScreener, or social media platforms.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CoinHub, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party
• Any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity conducted through your account

10. Service Limitations

Users are subject to certain limitations, including:

• Maximum number of Sites per user
• Maximum number of active (public) Sites at one time
• File size and format restrictions for uploaded media

These limitations may be modified at our discretion.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in California, and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue legal remedies as provided in Section 11.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the Telegram bot or by posting an updated version on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CoinHub regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

16. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
